MARTIN AMIRI, PRINCIPAL
Martin Amiri is a native Angeleno, founding partner of Creative Asset Partners, Inc., and has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. Growing up around developments and brokering, Martin possesses an extensive background in commercial property transaction and management. Martin’s expertise include managing over 100 million dollars in commercial assets annually, converting distressed properties to high turnover values, restoring buildings to period and modern structures as well as portfolio management for clients such as Wachovia and PNC Bank. Martin also contributes his experience towards the business development aspect by helping owners with their initial business concept ranging. Martin also boasts excellent skills with tenant relations and knows how to work fairly with both tenants and landlords to build respect and guide properties to their highest use. Martin has worked with a variety of clientele including restaurant owners, investors, business retail owners and the service industry. Martin has helped and volunteered for many charities including Greenpeace, World Wildlife Fund, Mercy for Animals, Project Caring Strokes and more. Martin is also an active member in the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and Greater Griffith Park CPAB.
